I worked as a Bilingual Talent Manger at a 20-year-old US-based representation firm that matches brands and agencies with top DE&I directors, influencers and nano influenvers, photographers, illustrators, editors, tech/UGC vendors, animation companies, and more. Going above and beyond my role, I wanted to scale their service-based solutions. I approached this task by applying service design methodologies in order to understand and improve upon the experience of the existing and potential users.

To kick off this process, we worked together as a team to develop and deploy a B2B outbound campaign that positioned me as the P.O.C. and presenter of frequent 30 minute capabilities meetings. Throughout the duration of this campaign, I began to identify the users needs, pains, goals, as well as, test messaging and visuals to discover a communications strategy that was attractive and digestible. As a result, we were able to create content that not only met the needs of customers but also drove business growth and success.

I created a new website for Momentum meant to be used as a functional mockup. I rewrote Momentum’s mission, vision and value proposal ensuring its' alignment with its customers' needs, goals and pains, adding an original tone with a focus on clarity. I also restructured and categorized Momentum’s multitude of services so that potential customers could easily identify desired services and autonomously explore them more in depth. I implemented clear CTA’s and added touch points, increasing Momentum’s channels of communication.
