I worked as a Project Manager in Talent Representation at a 20-year-old US-based firm that matches brands and agencies with top DE&I directors, influencers, photographers, illustrators, editors, tech/UGC vendors, animation companies, and more. Going above and beyond my role, I wanted to scale their service-based solutions. I approached this task by applying service design methodologies in order to understand and improve upon the experience of the existing and potential users.
